Refund policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026 Return window You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Eligibility Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned. Opened or used items can't be returned, except when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect (see below). How to start a return Email info@rixokin.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Please don't send returns without contacting us first. Return shipping Return shipping is free. We cover the cost with a prepaid label. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. There's no restocking fee. Damaged, defective or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@rixokin.com within 48 hours of the time your carrier's tracking shows it as delivered. Include your order number and a photo. We review claims within 3-5 business days. If your claim is approved, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement within 3-5 business days, at no cost to you, even if the package has been opened. Lost packages If tracking shows your order as delivered but you didn't receive it, email info@rixokin.com within 48 hours of the delivered scan with your order number. Claims are reviewed and resolved on the same timeline. Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. To switch products, return the unopened item and place a new order. Order cancellations You can cancel an order within 3 hours of placing it, as long as it's before the 11:00 AM CT processing cutoff. Email info@rixokin.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed, it can't be canceled, but unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
